Series 6 — Water-bearing Formations of Rock — The Aquifers

By Ami Adini - Issued July 28, 2018

This is the sixth (6th) in a series of light, short and visual talks on taking control of environmental-risk concerns that haunt otherwise lucrative transactions in commercial and industrial properties, and even residences.

Aquifers have much to do with transactions in real estate. “Aqua” in Latin is water, and “ferre” means to bear or carry. Aquifers are formations of permeable rock that are saturated with water, they “carry” water.
